All our tours start near the St. Wenceslas statue at the top of the Wenceslas Square and end in the centre of the city. Our guides will always be there 15 minutes before the departure holding a white PRAGUE LIGHTS umbrella. Ask for the PRIVATE GUIDE programme and the guide will pick you up from your hotel and attend only to you. You will receive further details during the reservation of your sightseeing tour.
The duration times are approximated and can change due to traffic. The boat trip routes may be altered in case of a raised water level.
The price includes transport and the commentary of a guide, which may be bilingual.
Customers are obliged to stay with their group and guide. Separation from the group can result in being left behind; any such occurrence will be at customer's expense.
We are not responsible for any objects left behind anywhere.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with your tour guide. Complaints raised retrospectively may not be accepted.

Payment and cancellation conditions
We receive payments in cash during the tour. The payments should be in CZK (Czech crowns) or EURO.
You can use a bank transfer to pay for your tour with a 5% discount. In such case it is necessary to perform the transfer at least 7 days before the tour.

If the cancellation of a tour is made more than 24 hours before the departure, we do not charge any fees. For any cancellation made later, we charge 50% of the price.
Discounts
Children up to 6 years get most of our tour FREE or with a significant discount.
Students up to 26 years with a valid student card travel with us on average 15% cheaper.
Seniors over 65 years are entitled to a 10% discount.
Groups over 10 people have also a right to a 15% discount and special conditions (private guide or Prague Whispers Audio Guide System for free, see LARGER GROUPS)
If you use a bank transfer to pay for our tours you get a 5% discount.
A free photo CD
Every client receives a CD with more than 200 photos of Prague and the Czech Republic. Now you can fully enjoy your tours and you will bring home lots of beautiful pictures without having to take any.
Private guides programme
The PRIVATE GUIDE programme guarantees you, that the trip is only yours. There will be no other visitors in your group, your personal guide will attend only you and he/she will pick you up from your hotel. After your arrival, you will receive a phone number which you can call whenever you need to, and we will do everything we can, so that you feel like at home.
You can order this service with any of our tours for a supplementary charge 1000 CZK / 40 EUR to the total price. For example if you take the trip to Karlovy Vary in four, you would normally pay 5600 CZK / 220 EUR. With the PRIVATE GUIDE it will be 6600 CZK / 260 EUR.
